We are seeking a Change Management Specialist with experience in organizational change management, business process transformation, and technology modernization for a contract engagement with one of our well-known tech clients in the public sector. In this role, you will help redesign workflows, drive adoption of new systems, and support communication and training strategies as part of a multi-year, high-impact initiative to modernize child welfare technology.


If you are the right fit, you have proven expertise collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting large-scale technology rollouts. You are known for your rigorously detailed approach, your ability to work quickly and accurately, and your ability to balance shifting client needs and priorities. You thrive in environments where your work directly improves outcomes for vulnerable communities.


This is a potential full-time contract engagement that can be done remotely that will kick off in July 2026 and conclude in Decemeber 2029. We'll only be able to respond to applicants who meet the basic qualifications for this role. Required:

  • 4 years of experience in organizational change management in the public sector
  • Demonstrated success supporting enterprise-level technology modernization projects
  • Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including leadership, technical teams, and end users
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation abilities

Salary : $45 - $50
