We are seeking a Change Management Specialist with experience in organizational change management, business process transformation, and technology modernization for a contract engagement with one of our well-known tech clients in the public sector. In this role, you will help redesign workflows, drive adoption of new systems, and support communication and training strategies as part of a multi-year, high-impact initiative to modernize child welfare technology.
If you are the right fit, you have proven expertise collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting large-scale technology rollouts. You are known for your rigorously detailed approach, your ability to work quickly and accurately, and your ability to balance shifting client needs and priorities. This is a potential full-time contract engagement that can be done remotely that will kick off in July 2026 and conclude in Decemeber 2029. Required:
- 4 years of experience in organizational change management in the public sector
- Demonstrated success supporting enterprise-level technology modernization projects
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including leadership, technical teams, and end users
- Excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation abilities
