Duties
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment on various construction sites
- Interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprint specifications to support accurate project execution
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Support carpentry tasks such as framing, trim carpentry, roofing, and metal stud framing for building structures.
- Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently while working on-site or operating machinery
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or related fields with knowledge of framing.
- Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans accurately
- Knowledge of safety regulations specific to construction workplaces to ensure compliance at all times
- Skills in framing, caulking, flooring installation, tile laying, and roofing are highly desirable
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working on various elevations or confined spaces
- Valid driver’s license for commercial driving if required for project transportation or equipment operation
