What You’ll Do
✔ Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals
✔ Build meaningful relationships and support residents’ dignity and independence
✔ Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team
✔ Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
✔ Work alongside a supportive and collaborative care team
What We’re Looking For
✔ Current Minnesota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or eligibility to obtain
✔ Compassionate and respectful attitude toward residents and coworkers
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Long-term care experience preferred but we will train the right candidate
