Duties
- Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional tow trucks, to recover and transport vehicles of all types.
- Load, unload, and secure vehicles using appropriate equipment such as winches, hooks, and straps.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, dispatchers, and emergency responders.
- Manage conflict situations professionally, ensuring safety for all parties involved during roadside incidents.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving flatbed trucks is preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with conflict management abilities to handle tense situations effectively.
- Familiarity with tow truck operations, including load & unload procedures and safety protocols.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
