Description
The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for forming, pouring, leveling, and finishing freshly poured concrete. The individual must be able to demonstrate the ability to be a team player and must be willing to show respect for all co-workers and customers.

- Must keep building and/or assigned areas of the jobsite clean and organized as necessary to maintain a Safe and productive working environment.
- Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. Brings problems to the attention of the Foreman/General Superintendent, Safety Director, or HR manager.
- Ability to plan and execute your work to provide the highest efficiency possible, ensuring you have the proper tools and materials to perform the task or project.
- Assist in the excavation of the proposed area to be poured.
- Assist in building forms for proposed pour, whether it is a flat pour, pier, or foundation.
- Assist in setting forms and making sure they are at the proper grade or height.
- Grade stone for proposed pour if required.
- Pour, level, and finish freshly poured concrete as the specification of the job or construction site requires.
- Willing to work outside in all types of weather.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to travel as needed (typically less than 10% of the time)
- Must provide own trowel, float, and concrete boots
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines
- Must have a valid driver’s license with the ability to hold a Med Card
- Clean driving record
