Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to diagnose issues effectively.
- Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting automated systems.
- Fabricate components as necessary to support repairs or modifications.
- Conduct inspections of equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working with high voltage and low voltage systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role within an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, industrial mechanics, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
- Proficient in using ammeters and other diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation accurately.
- Experience with industrial electricians' tasks is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques related to maintenance operations.
