IT Business Analyst

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Business Analyst to join our IT department, supporting process improvements and technology implementations across our entire organization. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who thrives on cross-functional collaboration and enjoys turning business needs into actionable technical solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with other departments to design and implement technology solutions that streamline, organize, standardize, and secure business functions.
• Work with other departments to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze operational data from multiple sources to identify inefficiencies and help implement process improvements.
• Document workflows, use cases, and functional specifications to support system development and configuration.
• Assist in the rollout and support of new systems and tools.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
• Understanding of relational data and ability to work with databases for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Beneficial Skills:
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate or scripting languages like PowerShell.
• Familiarity with integrating systems and connecting to APIs as data sources.
• Experience working as part of an IT team on system implementations.
• Knowledge of convenience store operations, merchandising, or fuel sales.

Schedule & Pay:
• Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm in the office.
• Starting Pay: $60,000 - $80,000/year.
