- Windows 10 PC Support, Help Desk tickets
- Networking (Firewalls, Switches, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
- Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Access, Excel, Word, etc)
- Mobile Devices & Management
- Active Directory, Group Policy
- VMware & related storage and backup technologies (Dell Storage, Veeam)
- Windows Server, Linux Server
- Researches and implements technology solutions
- Continually works to evolve our security posture
- Creatively offers solutions to challenges faced on a regular interval
