What are the responsibilities and job description for the Distribution Office position at Stewart's Shops and Careers?
We have an immediate opening available in our Distribution Office at our Warehouse Manufacturing Plant in Saratoga Springs NY, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with Stewarts.
Duties:
- Customer service and support to our Shops and Plant operations.
- Assist the shops and auditors with billing questions.
- Reception to all inbound calls after hours and on the weekends.
- Schedule receiving appointments and direct inbound deliveries.
- Process daily invoices and returns.
- Process and distribute driver’s paperwork, communicate special requests.
Requirements:
- Requires someone with a strong background in customer service.
- Must have strong communication skills and be able to prioritize.
- Must enjoy a fast pace and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work independently making decisions as well as in a team environment.
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience is a plus.
Schedule:
OR
- Full Time Day Shift 8-4:30pm - Requires rotating weekend coverage and an occasional PM
OR
- Full Time PM & Day –1:00pm-9:30pm Sunday-Tuesday, 8am-4:30pm Wednesday and
- Both positions require some holidays.
