Responsibilities:
- Meat Preparation:
- Cut, trim, and portion meat products according to customer specifications.
- Prepare ground meat, sausages, and other specialty products.
- Season, marinate, and package meat products for display and sale.
- Customer Service:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing meat products.
- Answer customer questions regarding different cuts of meat, cooking methods, and meal preparation.
- Provide recommendations and cooking tips.
- Stocking and Display:
- Ensure meat displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Rotate and replenish meat products to maintain freshness.
- Monitor product expiration dates and remove expired items.
- Cleaning and Sanitation:
