Accounts Receivable Processor

Stewart Restaurant Group, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Processor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, as well as handling daily cash and credit card reconciliations. Daily tasks in this position will involve data entry, reconciliations done with Excel and general clerical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accounts receivable records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between sales records and payments received.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce platforms' financial policies and regulations.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Effective communication skills for interactions and team collaboration.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Analytical skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn about change

Previous experience in accounts receivable is preferred.
