Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help expand our team of real estate professionals. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, resourceful, organized, and passionate about connecting with people. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and nurturing talent while delivering an exceptional recruitment experience from first contact to onboarding.
You will work closely with the management team, collaborating regularly to ensure recruiting pipelines stay full, conversion rates stay strong, and monthly growth goals are consistently achieved.
This role requires strong communication skills, proactive follow-through, consistent documentation, and the ability to represent our brand with confidence and professionalism.
What You’ll Do
Talent Identification & Outreach
- Source prospective agents through online searches, social media, MLS rosters, networking groups, real estate schools, and industry events.
- Conduct proactive outreach to newly licensed and experienced agents.
- Implement multi-touch follow-up systems to stay top-of-mind with prospects.
Relationship Building
- Build authentic, long-term relationships with prospective agents, current team members, staff, brokerage partners, instructors, and counselors.
- Maintain a positive presence in real estate communities, schools, and online forums.
- Host networking events, career nights, info sessions, and booth activations at job fairs or real estate expos.
Recruiting & Conversion
- Qualify candidates, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
- Clearly articulate the value, culture, and opportunities within Stewart Real Estate.
- Deliver follow-up materials such as presentations, videos, FAQs, and career guides.
- Track all communication and progress within our CRM and reporting systems.
Content, Marketing & Social Presence
- Create and post compelling job ads on hiring platforms.
- Maintain recruiting-focused social media content.
- Engage with prospective agents through comments, DMs, and community participation.
Onboarding & Retention Support
- Assist with onboarding new agents and ensuring a smooth transition into the brokerage.
- Participate in culture-building initiatives, agent recognition, and retention support.
- Alert leadership when agents may need assistance, training, or additional encouragement.
Accountability & Collaboration
- Attend required meetings and trainings (in-person or virtual).
- Track recruiting metrics and report performance regularly.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen recruiting systems, processes, and pipelines.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, licensing requirements, and competitive brokerages.

Qualifications

- Real estate license is a plus (not required)
Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
