What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Stewart, Goldsmith, and DeCurtis?
We have two positions open for well-organized, focused, and ambitious attorneys who want to join an established and growing firm. These are in-person position at our Syosset office, although in the future, hybrid work may be possible. Attorneys recently admitted to the bar along with those with workers' compensation, negligence defense, or employment law experience are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
• Admission to the NYS Bar
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to obtain the best result for our clients
• Great organizational and multitasking skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including promptly responding to clients’ questions
and providing legal advice as needed
•Experience in legal research
•Interest in litigation
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
