Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gastonia, NC. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring quality production of precision parts. Key tasks include monitoring machinery performance, conducting inspections, adhering to safety standards, and troubleshooting minor issues as needed. The role involves working in close collaboration with team members to meet production schedules and maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and experience with Machining
- Knowledge of Quality Control procedures to ensure adherence to specifications
- Familiarity with Turning & Milling processes and manufacturing equipment
- Experience working with Machinery in a production environment
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications are a plus
- Prior experience in CNC machining or manufacturing is preferred
