Duties
- Assist with the installation of equipment, systems, or products according to project specifications and safety standards
- Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment needed for each installation
- Follow detailed instructions and diagrams to ensure accurate setup and configuration
- Use tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical connections and verify system functionality
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures
- Support senior installers in troubleshooting issues and completing quality checks
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, kneel, lift, and move heavy objects safely throughout the workday
- Basic understanding of electrical systems or previous hands-on experience is a plus
- Familiarity with using testing tools such as ohmmeters is preferred but not required—training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow detailed instructions accurately
- Valid driver’s license preferred for travel between job sites
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications are a bonus
