Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and renovation work.
- Assist with construction and improvement projects as needed.
- Complete assigned tasks independently and follow projects through to completion.
- Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
- Perform work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
The following experience is beneficial but not required:
- Construction, maintenance, or renovation experience.
- Knowledge of carpentry, flooring installation, framing, drywall, concrete work, or related trades.
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
- Experience operating construction or maintenance equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Good balance, hand-eye coordination, and physical stamina.
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
