Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the crane service team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence in maintenance practices.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for cranes, ensuring optimal operational readiness and minimal downtime.
- Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of various crane types, including those with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical systems.
- Utilize schematic diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with project management teams to plan upgrades or modifications involving high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to high voltage, low voltage, electrical work, and industrial maintenance standards.
- Monitor crane performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and safety.
Requirements
- Proven management experience supervising maintenance teams within manufacturing or industrial facilities.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of cranes, industrial equipment, HVAC systems, and facilities management principles.
- Hands-on electrical experience with high voltage and low voltage systems; familiarity with schematics and electrical troubleshooting tools like ohmmeters.
- Proficiency in using software for maintenance planning and recordkeeping.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; strong communication skills for team leadership and cross-department collaboration.
- Supervising experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly preferred.
