Stewards of Recovery is hiring substance abuse disorder counselors, CADCs and SUDAs to provide direct substance use treatment across outpatient and residential settings. Responsibilities
- Conduct substance use assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy
- Work with clients receiving substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment
- Collaborate with outpatient and residential treatment teams
- Complete documentation in the EHR system within 72 hours.
Compensation
- $26-$31/ hr
- $2,500 hiring bonus after 60 days of full-time employment
- Compensation depends on experience, certifications, and schedule preference

Qualifications
- Certified CADC or SUDA in Idaho
- Experience in substance use treatment preferred
- Comfortable facilitating groups
- Familiar with utilizing an EHR system
- Able to complete documentation within required timelines
