We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Registered Client Administrative Manager to support our financial advisors and help deliver an outstanding client experience.

Position Overview
The Registered Client Administrative Manager (CAM) plays a critical role in supporting Financial Advisors and serving as a key point of contact for clients. This individual will oversee many of the operational and administrative functions of the practice while ensuring a seamless client experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, client-focused, and experienced in the wealth management industry. This role requires strong operational knowledge, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests and inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Proactively follow up on client requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate client communications and appointment scheduling.
Account Administration & Operations
- Open and maintain brokerage, advisory, retirement, and trust accounts.
- Process account transfers, distributions, deposits, withdrawals, and money movement requests.
- Collect and review required documentation for account onboarding and maintenance.
- Assist advisors with trade processing and operational support, as permitted by applicable regulations and firm policies.
- Ensure all paperwork is properly completed and processed efficiently.
Meeting Preparation & Advisor Support
- Prepare meeting agendas, reports, performance reviews, and planning materials.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, reviews, and follow-up activities.
- Manage advisor calendars and assist with business travel arrangements.
- Support workflow management and practice efficiency initiatives.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Maintain compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with audits, record retention, and documentation reviews.
- Monitor account paperwork and follow-up requirements.
- Support regulatory and operational best practices.
Qualifications:
Required
- Active FINRA Series 7 license.
- Active Series 66 license (or Series 63 and 65).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wealth management, brokerage operations, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of account opening, transfers, client service, and operational workflows.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential client information.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Experience supporting Financial Advisors within a wealth management practice.
- Experience working with affluent or high-net-worth clients.
- Experience with Raymond James operational systems.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, financial planning software, and custodial platforms.
