Position Overview:
The Client Communications & Marketing Coordinator is responsible will be responsible for managing social media presence, collaborating with our website team, and implementing effective SEO strategies. We are currently looking for a part-time employee, but full-time applicants are encouraged to apply as well!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor and update of Team website working with external vendors
- Create and manage all submissions and approvals for all marketing content and materials
- Facilitate digital invitations to clients
- Leverage the firm’s resources to develop marketing and communications that align with current branding and positioning
- Design social media strategies and campaigns to achieve advisor objectives
- Manage projects and initiatives calendar
- Create engaging content for social media, including text, images, and videos
- Collaborate with web developers to optimize website content and user experience
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve our online visibility
- Analyze marketing data and provide insights to drive decision-making
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including email and paid advertising
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and SEO
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and improved SEO rankings
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights)
- Experience with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
