Ice Cream Host/Hostess
Hourly – starting rate $17.25/hour
Must be at least 18 years and older
Position Description:
Ice Cream Host interact directly with customers at the service bar by answering any questions, offering recommendations, and making ice cream.

Ice Cream Host/Hostess

Position Description:
Ice Cream Host interact directly with customers at the service bar by answering any questions, offering recommendations, and making ice cream.
Your day-to-day:
- Making ice cream cones and cups of the customers choosing
- Packaging ice cream in quarts, cookies, waffles, etc. for display case
- Making candy apples, caramel apples, and other holiday sweets
- Assisting in coffee when needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering questions
- Selecting, packaging, and pricing products ordered by customers at the service bar
- Cleaning equipment
- Operate cash register and receive payment in various forms
- Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- Assist in other duties, as assigned
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Entry level position: no prior experience required
- Safely use tools and equipment used in the daily operation of department
