What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Maintenance Technician position at STEVES AND SONS INC?
Steves & Sons maintenance technicians are responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery equipment located throughout the plant, and ensures optimal functionality through preventive maintenance practices and corrective troubleshooting.
Maintenance Team Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair production and facility equipment.
- Read and interpret schematic drawings.
- Install equipment and machinery.
- Run energy sources.
- Implementation of PM procedures.
- Utilize Computer Maintenance Management System Program
- Must be flexible and able to work long hours, sometimes at short notice.
- Must be able to work in a minimally climate-controlled environment (with substantial heat or cold) for up to 12 hours per day.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that consists of and is not limited to mobile equipment, various rotating machines, high traffic areas with some limited design spaces.
- Safely perform physical demands as indicated above.
- Perform these and other duties as assigned by the supervisor or other appropriate management personnel.

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (hours may vary)
Hourly salary based on experience $300 Biweekly attendance bonus
