In this position, you will oversee full-cycle recruitment activities and ensure each new hire enjoys a smooth, inclusive, and welcoming transition into the organization. - Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: job posting, networking, branding, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop inclusive job descriptions when needed.
- Create marketing content and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Assist in recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives as needed.
- Answering phone calls for candidate inquiries.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, build and maintain relations with universities, trade schools, workforce agencies, and community organizations.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Implement recruiting programs that support a strong new hire experience.
- Conduct orientation processes for new hires.
- Complete new hire documentation
- Maintain and update systems related to new hire documentation and ensure accurate data and compliance.
- Ensure all documentation is correct and sent to the correct channels once completed.
- Monitor onboarding feedback and make iterative improvements to the process.
- Complete weekly to monthly audits on the Recruitment process
- Implement AI programs
