What You Bring:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in Family Law or Business Litigation (specifically focused on discovery).
Technical Mastery: Required proficiency in Document Management Systems and Production Databases (e.g., Relativity, iManage, NetDocuments, or similar).
Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex incoming discovery and extract pertinent information for case strategy.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to communicate complex procedural requirements clearly to clients and experts.
