We are looking for advanced professionals who have significant autonomy, thrive in agile environments and can operate independently.
Summary: The Director of Enterprise Risk Analytics & AI will play a critical part in modernizing how risk is identified, interpreted, and communicated across the enterprise. This individual will be the intersection of compliance, advanced data analytics, GenAI, and business transformation — ensuring risk insights are strategically aligned to enterprise priorities and board-level visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead the enterprise AI-driven risk analytics strategy across compliance and business functions within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Design and scale analytics frameworks that elevate risk visibility for executive and board-level stakeholders.
- Build executive-ready dashboards, reporting models, KPIs, and risk indicators aligned with ERM and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Partner with compliance SMEs (pharma, biotech, device) to translate regulatory risk signals into actionable, data-driven insights.
- Own the end-to-end analytics ecosystem—data pipelines, modeling, and reporting infrastructure (Python, R, or similar tools)—while advising senior leadership on compliance technology, digital transformation, and AI enablement.
Requirements:
- 10–15 years in life sciences with deep expertise in compliance, ERM, and regulated environments.
- Executive presence with ability to operate independently in transformation settings.
