Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collision repair
- Fabrication and welding
- Bondo work
- Installation and alignment of cab components
- Repairing damage to fiberglass, composites, steel, and aluminum
- Windshield replacements
- Priming, sealing, and painting
- Replacing fenders, panels, bumpers, and other body parts
Minimum Qualifications
- You must have your own tools
- 4 years doing Bondo work
- 4 years in collision repair
- Collision repair certification a plus
- Collision repair experience on Kenworth, Freightliner, and Peterbilt trucks.

- Maneuvering around, in, on, and under trucks/tight spaces to properly inspect and diagnose problems
- Standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, pushing, and pulling with a full range of body movements
- Using hands to handle, control or feel
- Climbing ladders, stairs, and platforms
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- The work environment includes exposure to high decibels of noise, temperature, weather variations, metal welding processes and chemicals which may include solvents, undercoating, paint, and caulking.
- 4 years doing Bondo work
- 4 years in collision repair
