Job Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman (Subcontractor) to join the maintenance team at Stevens Realty, LLC. This position plays a key role in maintaining our portfolio of residential properties and ensuring tenant satisfaction through prompt and professional repairs.
This is a 1099 contract position, with payment based on completed work orders.

Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry work, etc.
- Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests to ensure timely resolutions.
- Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Coordinate with the property management team to schedule and prioritize repairs.
- Must be tech-savvy, as all work orders and payments are processed through our online vendor portal.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or general contractor.
- Strong background in electrical and general repair work.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Reliable transportation and basic tools required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.21 - $22.46 per hour
