Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in New Paltz, NY, is for a Sales Director at Stevens Real Estate. The Sales Director will oversee and manage the sales operations, develop new business opportunities, and lead a high-performing team of real estate professionals. Responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, ensuring stellar customer service, supervising sales activities, and coaching the sales team to meet and exceed goals. The role also involves market trend analysis and collaboration with other departments to drive organizational success.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong Customer Service skills to manage client relationships and address inquiries effectively
- Experience in Team Management, including leadership and coaching to support team development
- Proficiency in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of real estate market trends, digital marketing, and technology tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
