Now Hiring: Dealership Accounting Specialist

SMC Management Company, located in Morgan Hill, CA, provides centralized accounting and management services for a group of highline and import automotive dealerships across Northern California. We offer a professional yet relaxed environment focused on collaboration, accuracy, and operational excellence.

This position plays a key role in handling Accounts Payable and Receivable, supporting three dealerships in different locations, and ensuring accounting integrity across all stores.

• Process and reconcile Accounts Payable and Receivable accurately and on time

• Maintain general ledger entries, balance schedules, and prepare accounting reports

• Support month-end closings and assist with internal accounting audits

• Perform general office and administrative accounting functions as needed

• Minimum 2 years of automotive dealership accounting experience required

• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds ERA Ignite or similar DMS preferred

• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with consistency and accuracy

• Hourly: $25.00 - $28.00 (based on experience)
