Landscape Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of various landscapes. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, installation, and care, ensuring that properties are aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Assist in the installation of new landscaping features such as plants, trees, and hardscapes.
• Irrigate gardens and landscaped areas to ensure proper hydration.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Conduct tree trimming and care to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; demonstrate mechanical knowledge for basic repairs.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools commonly used in landscaping.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for maintaining and repairing landscaping equipment.
• Experience in landscape maintenance, including garden care and hardscape installation.
• Ability to perform tree care tasks such as trimming and pruning.
• Familiarity with snow plowing operations during winter months is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to quality work.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
