What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily installation activities on healthcare construction sites
- Verify layouts, field measurements, and site readiness
- Coordinate with installers, subcontractors, and general contractors
- Ensure compliance with healthcare safety and regulatory requirements
- Resolve issues quickly to keep projects on schedule and within budget
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years in construction/project management
- Comfortable traveling (with overnight stays)
- Strong communicator and organized leader
- Familiar with site operations, infection control protocols, and safety standards
- Proficiency with field reporting tools (PROCORE a plus)
- Work on meaningful projects that impact patient care environments
