Key Responsibilities
- Assemble complete cabinets according to drawings, measurements, and project specifications.
- Work with a variety of cabinet styles, parts, and hardware, ensuring correct placement and alignment.
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, shop drawings, and material lists.
- Verify that all components are prepared and finished correctly before assembly.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect finished cabinets for accuracy, structural integrity, and quality workmanship.
- Troubleshoot issues or rework components as needed to meet quality standards.
- Maintain an organized work area and follow established production workflows.
- Communicate material shortages or inconsistencies to supervisors promptly.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use required PPE.
- Experience in cabinet assembly, carpentry, woodworking, or a similar hands-on manufacturing role.
- Ability to assemble full units (not just isolated components or sub-assemblies).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and alignments.
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings and assembly instructions.
- Competence with standard hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
