Stevens Treatment Programs is seeking a compassionate, trauma-informed Master’s level Clinician to join our team and provide impactful clinical services to youth in our Transitional Living Program (TLP) and other residential programs. This is a unique opportunity to support adolescents ages 14–22 in a community-based group home and campus setting.

Stevens Treatment Programs has been serving youth for over 80 years, empowering adolescents to lead successful lives through high-quality treatment and education in a safe and nurturing environment. We are a DCF-contracted agency committed to trauma-informed, permanency-focused care and strength-based practice.

The TLP Clinician holds clinical responsibility for approximately seven youth, including four youth in the Community-to-Residential (CTR) program and others served in Stevens' main campus programs (Intensive Treatment Residence or Residential Education). The Clinician spends approximately 16–20 hours per week onsite at the TLP house in Fall River, providing:

  • Individual therapy, family therapy, and clinical case management
  • Group therapy (at least one per quarter), using relevant, youth-centered curricula
  • Clinical consultation, de-escalation, and support to the program team
  • Participation in interdisciplinary treatment planning and permanency work

The Clinician also attends court hearings, family meetings, foster care reviews, and actively contributes to a collaborative team-based approach.

What We Offer

  • 40-hour full-time schedule, with some evening hours and flexibility
  • Excellent supervision and clinical support
  • 73%–83% employer-paid health/dental insurance, including family plans
  • Generous paid time off: 3 weeks vacation, 11 holidays, and sick time
  • 401(k) plan with employer match
  • Tuition reimbursement & professional development funds
  • CPR, First Aid & Safety-Care certification provided

What You’ll Need

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
  • LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC (or eligibility to obtain within 6 months)
  • Experience with adolescents with behavioral health needs
  • Understanding of trauma-informed care and permanency-focused work
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills
  • Reliable transportation and auto insurance in compliance with agency requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of youth and professionals
