About the Company:
A private equity-backed healthcare services platform headquartered near Delray.
The Role:
The Corporate Controller reports directly to the CFO and serves as the senior accounting leader for the platform. This is a build role not a maintenance role. The company is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, integrating acquired entities, and scaling its finance function to match an active M&A cadence.

Key Responsibilities
- Own multi-entity consolidation across 10 legal entities
- Lead accounting integration for tuck-in acquisitions
- Drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation alongside finance and operations teams
- Manage billing, revenue cycle, and insurance accounting functions
- Maintain internal controls, compliance, and reporting standards required by a PE-backed platform
- Partner with the CFO on financial reporting, audit, and board-level deliverables
- Lead and develop a team of 6
Ideal Candidate
- CPA license strongly preferred
- Prior experience working within a PE-backed company is required
- 8 years of progressive accounting experience; 3 years in a Controller, Director of Accounting, or VP Accounting capacity
- Healthcare industry background highly preferred. Revenue cycle experience strongly preferred
- Multi-entity consolidation experience
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central and/or QuickBooks
- Process improvement and systems implementation experience
- Strong business acumen — comfortable partnering with operations, not just reporting to finance
- South Florida-based; must be comfortable with a 4-day on-site schedule
Salary : $170,000 - $200,000
