Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer

StevenDouglas is currently assisting a growing client in Palm Beach Gardens, FL with their need to hire a Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer to their team on a permanent basis. The new hire will work on-site at the Palm Beach Gardens office 5 days a week. The salary is commensurate upon the interview, but preliminary information suggests that the client will offer a base salary in the range of $120 - 160K based on knowledge and experience. In addition, the client will offer an annual performance bonus of 10% of your base salary and corporate benefits. The following is the job specification that StevenDouglas has received from our client.

• Utilization of Microsoft Fabric to design, build, and maintain end-to-end ETL processes.
• Responsible for the development and optimization of Power BI Reports / Semantic models, including advanced DAX and Power Query transformations.
• A nice to have skill would be the ability to manage data architecture and governance, which would include Lakehouse / Warehouse design, data modeling, and access controls.
• Implement and maintain automation workflows via Power Automate.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational and strategic needs into scalable Business Intelligence solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize ETL, reporting, and automation performance.
• Ensure data quality, validation, and consistency across multiple source systems.
• Document technical processes, workflows, and dependencies for ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.
