The Director FP&A will be responsible for monthly financial KPI reporting and analysis, internal analytics for strategic initiatives, business case analysis, budget and forecasting development, and management and board reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with VP Finance and CFO to develop long-term financial strategy and plan
- Lead annual budgeting/forecasting process
- Analyze KPIs and operational metrics to identify opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of finance-related processes
- Support pricing, profitability and other analysis
- Enhance FP&A tools and systems
- Lead, coach and mentor FP&A team
Qualifications:
- 7 years FP&A experience
- Experience in $500M company
- Strong communication and executive presence
