We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Porter / Lot Attendant to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Porter / Lot Attendant, you will play an important role in maintaining the appearance and organization of the dealership while supporting the Sales and Service Departments. You will be responsible for moving vehicles, maintaining the dealership lot, assisting with customer vehicle transportation, and ensuring our inventory is presented in a clean and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the organization and appearance of the dealership lot.
• Move new, used, and customer vehicles safely throughout the dealership.
• Assist in preparing vehicles for customer delivery.
• Ensure vehicles are properly parked, fueled, and displayed.
• Perform regular lot inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Transport vehicles between dealership locations when needed.
• Assist the Sales and Service Departments with vehicle movement and daily operations.
• Wash vehicles as needed to maintain inventory presentation.
• Perform basic building and lot maintenance duties as assigned.
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance.

Compensation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.

Salary : $16 - $19
