Key Responsibilities:
We’re seeking a motivated, self-starting Lead Painter with several years of hands-on experience in spray finishes, as well as brush and roll applications. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, maintains an organized work environment, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail on every project.
- Lead and manage a team of painters, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality results.
- Oversee all aspects of painting projects, from preparation to finishing.
- Maintain an organized inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring the team has the necessary resources to succeed.
- Coordinate project schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines.
- Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and advocate for the company’s values and services.
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE: 5 years of experience in the field.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Smart phone for communication and project management.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English for safety and client coordination. Bilingual is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Details:
- Job locations will vary from Seattle to the Eastside.
- Work in teams of 2-6 on various painting projects, including interior walls & ceilings, trim/millwork, staining, and exterior work.
