SENIOR TAX ACCOUNTANT / TAX MANAGER
Steven Lissner & Company, LLC, an expanding, boutique CPA firm in Morris County, NJ, seeks a dedicated, motivated tax accountant with 5 years of recent public accounting experience to perform tax engagements and manage the financial needs of our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare corporate, partnership and individual tax returns
- Work with accounting reports and financial statements
- Interact with clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred, but not required
- Proven public accounting experience
- A passion for the industry, strong attention to detail and excellent communication and client service skills
- Familiarity with trust, estate and gift tax returns and planning is a plus.
- Strong PC skills including QuickBooks software proficiency (Prosystem fx software proficiency a plus)
- CPA license is a plus, but not mandatory
