Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA

Base Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time - 1st Shift - 5-day work week - 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our Membrane Assembly team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the inspection, assembly, and packaging of printed labels and circuits. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products throughout the production process.

General Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection and assembly of printed labels and circuits.
• Measure products to ensure correct dimensions using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and rulers.
• Bag and label products accurately.
• Log product movements and process updates using computer systems.
• Maintain ongoing quality assurance throughout all production processes.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and supplies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Manual dexterity for handling small parts and precision assembly.
• Strong visual acuity for detailed inspection and assembly tasks.
• Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions in English.
• Experience using measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, rulers).
• Solid math and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
