We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Service Manager to lead our growing Service Department at Steven Kia.
About the Role
The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Service Department while leading a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and support personnel. This position plays a key role in driving customer satisfaction, technician productivity, department profitability, and overall operational performance.
The ideal candidate is an experienced automotive dealership leader who understands service operations, knows how to develop a team, and is motivated by performance.
Responsibilities
● Oversee the daily operations of the Service Department
● Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, and service department personnel
● Monitor department performance, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
● Manage service workflow and ensure efficient repair order processing and vehicle turnaround
● Handle escalated customer concerns and support a high level of customer satisfaction
● Work closely with the Parts Department and other dealership departments to support service operations
● Develop strategies to improve service sales, customer retention, and department profitability
● Ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements and dealership policies
Compensation
$60,000 – $100,000 annually based on performance

Qualifications:Qualifications
● Previous automotive dealership service management experience required
● Proven leadership experience within a dealership Service Department
● Manufacturer certification, ASE certification, or other recognized automotive industry certification strongly preferred
● Strong understanding of dealership service operations, technician productivity, customer service, and department profitability
● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
● Valid driver's license required
