Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate Heartland (POS)
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards during food preparation and serving.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling, ensuring accurate transactions and change distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment while achieving sales goals.
- Run Food, Handle dishes, Assist where-ever needed
Requirements
- Previous barista experience or a strong background in the food service industry is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating positive customer experiences.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is essential.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
