We are currently seeking an experienced Master Ford Service Technician to join our growing service team.
About the Role
As a Master Ford Service Technician at Steven Ford, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles according to Ford and dealership standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, highly skilled, and committed to quality work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities
Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer standards. Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, heating, and air conditioning systems.
Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently while documenting all work performed. Perform warranty repairs, communicate repair findings with the service team, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Compensation
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Master Technicians: $55 /HR
Senior Master Technicians: $65 /HR
Opportunity to Earn $150,000 Annually based on experience, certification, productivity, and performance.
All Main Shop Technicians Receive a Production Bonus Paid at 1.5X Their Applicable Flat-Rate Pay Based on Productivity.
