Job Overview
This is a hands-on position working with fuel systems, storage tanks, pumps, inventory, packaging products, and customer equipment. Every day is different, and you'll work alongside an experienced team that values safety, professionalism, and getting the job done right.
What You'll Do
- Load and unload products safely
- Connect and disconnect hoses
- Operate pumps, valves, and loading equipment
- Assist transport and bobtail drivers with product transfers
- Repair and install fuel pumps (12V & 110V)
- Repair pneumatic and air-operated pumps
- Repair meters, nozzles, hoses, and fueling equipment
- Install and repair fuel management systems
- Install and service tank monitoring equipment
- Repair tank piping, fill lines, vent systems, and related equipment
- Organize and maintain the bulk plant yard
- Stock warehouse inventory and conduct inventory counts
- Respond professionally to customer service requests
- Work closely with our Operations Manager on daily equipment and tank activities
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Stable work history
- Warehouse or industrial experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Mechanically inclined with basic hand and power tool knowledge
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to work occasional overtime, nights, and weekends
- Willing to comply with customer-specific drug testing requirements
- Willing to sign a confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Frequently lift 25–50 pounds
- Stand, bend, squat, crawl, kneel, climb, and work overhead
- Comfortable climbing storage tanks up to approximately 40 feet
- Comfortable working outdoors in Louisiana heat, cold, rain, and humidity
- Must pass a road test towing a utility trailer
