The Experienced Sales Representative will leverage their deep knowledge of State Farm products, strong sales skills, and licensing credentials to build and maintain a robust client portfolio. This role requires a proactive sales approach to identify customer needs, present customized insurance solutions, and close sales effectively, while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize State Farm experience to effectively present and sell Life & Health, and Property & Casualty insurance products.
- Develop, manage, and grow a book of business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to individual customer circumstances.
- Maintain active Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses in compliance with state regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and policy servicing needs.
- Collaborate with State Farm agents and teams to maximize sales opportunities and ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall office goals.
- Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably with State Farm or similar insurance companies.
- Active Life & Health and Property & Casualty insurance licenses (state-specific).
- Strong knowledge of State Farm insurance products and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and sales activities simultaneously.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
