Snapshot of your day:
Perform bookkeeping duties, payroll and financial statement preparation for a variety of clients in various industries.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Perform general ledger accounting tasks.
- Prepare quarterly payroll and tax returns.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
- Troubleshoot and respond to clients regarding bookkeeping matters.
- Interact regularly with clients.
- Other duties as required, scheduling, collections, general office
Desired Skills:
- Associate degree in Accounting and 3-5 years of payroll and bookkeeping experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Quick Books is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting payable/ receivable principles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of financial statement preparation.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
