What You'll Do
As an Insurance Account Representative, you'll help customers understand their insurance needs while providing outstanding service and support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Educate customers on auto, home, renters, life, health, and business insurance products
- Identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
