- Follow up with leads and contact prospective customers to support new business growth
- Service existing clients assigned by the office (policy reviews, questions, and updates)
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate State Farm products
- Provide timely, accurate information and maintain organized client records
- Work with the team to meet performance goals while delivering excellent customer service
