Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve sales targets, enhance market share, and improve overall profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise dealership staff across all departments to ensure high performance, engagement, and professional development.
• Oversee daily operations including sales, service, parts, and administrative functions to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency across all areas of the dealership.
• Drive business development initiatives by cultivating relationships with customers, community partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Manage profit & loss statements by analyzing financial reports, controlling expenses, and maximizing revenue streams.
• Lead project management efforts for facility upgrades, marketing campaigns, and new service offerings to support growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within the automotive industry or a related field with a strong track record of supervising teams effectively.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and operational management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster a positive work environment.
• Experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial performance improvement.
• Knowledge of sales processes, customer service standards, and industry best practices.
• Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
