Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Prep cook to join our team. This role involves assisting in the preparation of BBQ dishes, ensuring high-quality standards, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare ingredients for BBQ dishes, including marinating meats and chopping vegetables.
- Assist in smoking BBQ items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Handle food items safely and efficiently, following proper food handling procedures.
- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food as needed.
- Serve food to guests in a friendly and professional manner when required.
Preferred Skills
